Nick Churchill serves his clients in a wide variety of legal matters, including real estate transactions and disputes, commercial litigation, debt collection, personal injury, and consumer protection. Nick has experience in the Arkansas Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, having appealed cases ranging from divorce to capital murder. He has also helped injured and disabled clients receive the Social Security, workers’ compensation, and insurance benefits they deserve.
Nick received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas. He then graduated cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law. While a law student, Nick was a member of the Arkansas Law Review, which published an article he authored.
Nick is licensed to practice in Arkansas’s State and Federal courts and is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers’ Association.
