Shelly Koehler

Prior to moving to Fayetteville, Ms. Koehler practiced in Little Rock with Sam Perroni at Perroni & Koehler.  Since beginning her career, she has practiced primarily in the area of criminal defense, and was named one of Little Rock’s Best White Collar Lawyers by Arkansas Business and Little Rock Soiree in 2011.  Ms. Koehler has successfully tried cases in state and federal courts ranging from drug possession to homicide to tax evasion and mail fraud.  She has also argued before the Arkansas Supreme Court and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Koehler graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a major in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice.  She is an honors graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law.  While in law school, Ms. Koehler was a student member of the William Overton Inn of Court, Bowen Trial Team, and was awarded Top Paper in Criminal Procedure Trial and Criminal Procedure Post-Trial.  Since graduation, Ms. Koehler has been actively involved in the legal community.  She has given Continuing Legal Education presentations to attorneys throughout the state and is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association Leadership Academy Class of 2012.
